SARATOGA SPRINGS--New York Naval Militia Chief Warrant Officer David Prescott is sworn in as a warrant officer by Rear Admiral MaryEtta Nolan, Commander of the New York Naval Militia, at the New York State Military Museum in Saratoga Springs, N.Y., on October 1, 2026. Prescott serves on the Unmanned Aerial Surveillance Unit, where he applies his extensive aviation experience to expand the units operational capabilities and advance the Naval Militia's missions. The New York Naval Militia is a force of 3,200 members of the federal naval reserve forces who also serve New York.
