This website uses javascript (ES12) and CSS (CSS3) (linked, embedded, or inline depending on what the webmaster felt like the day they wrote it). HTML, CSS and Javascript output is tested in the 3 major Windows browsers - Edge, Chrome and Firefox for proper page rendering and functionality. Various *nix graphical browsers are also implemented for testing. Some rendering discrepancies may be tolerated, as long as they do not severely degrade the usability of the page. So far, actual tests of audible rendering using a browser designed for the visually challenged remains a “todo”. The code delivered to the browser is intended to be compliant and valid for w3c HTML5 and CSS3 specifications.
Most pages are optomized for 3 view widths - 1000px (desktop), 470px (mobile, portrait) and 100% (mobile, landscape). If you find any disparities between the statements here and your observation, please email the webmaster: ng.ny.nyarng.list.dmnawm@army.mil. Including URL(s) for exceptions is very helpful.
