BUFFALO-- A New York Army National Guard Medevac Blackhawk crew, and Air National Guardswoman move a simulated patient at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo to the helicopteras Exercise Vigilant Shield wraps up on Thursday, Nov. 5.
The largest joint civil/military domestic emergency exercise held in New York involved more than 1,300 National Guard members and hundreds of civilian first responders.
