LATHAM-New York Army National Guard 2nd Lieutenant Andrea Faye Estacio, is administered the Oath of Office by Brig, Gen. Isabel Rivera Smith, the director of joint staff of the New York National Guard, during a ceremony at New York National Guard headquarters in Latham, New York on October 13, 2022. Estacio formerly served as a staff sergeant before earning her commission through Officer Candidate School. She is assigned to the 101st Expeditionary Signal Battalion.
