NEW YORK--New York Army National Guard Specialist Brittany Holly,a member of Joint Task Force Empire Shield assists law enforcement during Operation Safe Rail at Grand Central Station here on Nov. 23, the heaviest travel day of the year. The 250 members of the task force assisted law enforcement agencies throughout the day at train stations and airports in New York City.
