HANCOCK AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE--New York Air National Guard Airmen assigned to the 174th Attack Wing dismantle an F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base, Syracuse N.Y., on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2015.
