MENANDS, New York --New York Army National Guard Major General Michel Natali and Command Sgt. Major David Piwowarski salute at the gravesite of President Chester Arthur the 21st President of the United States during a ceremony marking the 191st anniversary of his birth at Albany Rural Cemetery in Menands New York on October 5 2020. The current occupant of the White House sends a wreath to mark the gravesites of former presidents on their birthdays. The wreath is presented by a military leader.
