STEWART AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE-- U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Charles Q. "CQ" Brown, Jr., presents the Air Medal to members of an aircrew led by New York Air National Guard Lt. Col. Dominic Conlan during an awards ceremony at Stewart Air National Guard Base, New York April 1, 2023.
