STRATTON AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE-- New York State Assemblywoman Mary Beth Walsh, who represents parts of Saratoga and Schenectady coutie, presents a legislative proclamation honoring the New York Air National Guard's 109th Airlift Wing to Col. Robert Donaldson, the wing commander, during a visit to Stratton Air National Guard base on April 12, 2024. Walsh met with wing leaders as well as Major General Ray Shields, the adjutant general of New York, and Major General Denise Donnell , the commander of the New York Air National Guard.
