NEW YORK CITY-- New York Governor Kathy Hochul stands with Major General Michele Natali, the assistant adjutant general, Army, and members of the New York National Guard and New York Naval Militia who she recognized during a ceremony at the Harlem Armory in New York City on Sept. 12, 2024. Hochul saluted Guard and Naval Militia members who had acted quickly and saved the lives of infants and other citizens. She also recognized the 106th Rescue Wing and Joint Task Force Empire Shield.
