NEW WINDSOR --Soldiers of the New York Military Forces Honor Guard retrieve the colors following a ceremony dedicating the Armed Forces Reserve Center here in honor of Army Reserve Sgt. Catalin D. Dima, a Romania immigrant and Army Reserve member who was killed in action in Baghdad on Nov. 13, 2004.
Dima was a member of the Army Reserve's 411th Engineer Brigade. The New York Army National Guard's Battery A, 1st Battalion, 258th Field Artillery and 1569th Transportation Company are also based at the center.
