SCHOHARIE-- Members of the New York National Guard Counterdrug Task Force help a boy get ready to negotiate the climbing wall during the "Schoharie County ~ One Year Later ~ Country Strong" festival held at the Schoharie County Fairgrounds here on August 26. The event commemorated the region's recovery from the flooding that occured on August 28, 2011 as Tropical Storm Irene hit the state. The New York National Guard responded with helicopters, troops, and supplies in response to the storm.
