NEW YORK-- Members of the New York National Guards 24th Civil Support Team train at the Fire Department of New York Randalls Island training facility to hone their skills. Team members work in a subway car simulator filled with smoke. The Fort Hamilton-based team is trained to detect chemical biological and radiological agents and report their presence to law enforcement fire departments and other first responders
