GARDEN CITY--New York Army National Guard Major Ian Seagriff and Staff Sergeant Justin Wolcott presented a memorial wreath on behalf of the New York Army National Guards 42nd Infantry Division at the World War I Rainbow Division Veterans Memorial located on Long Island in Garden City (Nassau County) on Nov. 10, 2015 to honor the service of past 42nd Infantry Division Soldiers for Veterans Day. The monument commemorates the location where the division was mobilized during World War I.
