NEW YORK-- Lt. Gen. Timothy Kadavy, the Director of the Army National Guard meets Soldiers assigned to the New York National Guard's Joint Task Force Empire Shield, a state active duty force providing security at New York City transportation hubs prior to the broadcasting of a segment of the Fox and Friends morning television show on May 21, 2017. Kadavy was outlining his vision for the Army National Guard and also saluted the members of the task force.
