LATHAM --Retired Sergeant Major of the Army Dan Dailey gives a presentation on leadership to a group of junior NCOs assigned to Joint Forces Headquarters in Latham, New York on Sept. 21 2024. Dailey enlisted in 1989 as an infantryman and retired in 2020 after reaching the highest enlisted position in the Army. He now serves as the Vice President for Noncommissioned Officer and enlisted affairs for the Association of the United States Army.
