NEW YORK --New York Army National Guard Soldiers assigned to full-time duties within the 369th Division Sustainment Brigade participated in a holiday party at the Harlem Regiment Armory New York N.Y. William Gourlay, the commander of the 107th Attack Wing's mission support group lays a wreath from the White House at the grave of President Millard Fillmore on Tuesday, Jan. 7 2025 in Buffalo NY. The wreath-laying tradition first began during the Johnson administration in 1967 and has been faithfully carried out by military members on behalf of the Office of the President on the deceased birthday ever since.
